Please review the below policies in regards to cancellations and re-scheduling as well as general courtesy reminders.

Adjustment Policy
We take pride in our work, so if you are unhappy with your hair, an adjustment may be done within' one week of the original appointment, at no additional charge. However, in order to qualify as an adjustment, the goal must remain the same from the original consultation. Changing your mind about what you originally asked for is not considered an adjustment, and therefore will be booked as a full price appointment. There is one adjustment allowed per appointment. If you are still not satisfied after the adjustment, there are no refunds.
Color Correction Policy
Color corrections require multiple steps and more skill, time and product than a traditional color appointment. Therefore, an in-person consultation is required prior to booking. If you live out of the area, a virtual consultation may be conducted instead. Because these appointments can take up to 8 hours and require blocking out the entire day, a non-refundable $100 deposit is required upon booking.

*Color correction services will also require a waiver to be signed at the time of service.
Guest Policy
Due to the limited size of our salon suite, please do not bring guests with you to your appointment, unless they are also receiving a service that same day. We do make an exception for parents with underage children.
Cancellation Policy
Haus of Foils is by appointment only.

- In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give no less than 24 hours notice. You can get ahold of us by email at info@hausoffoils.com or email your stylist directly.

- Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the service fees. We do require a credit card on file to book your appointments.

- No call/no show appointments will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service booked. That must be paid before booking a future appointment. Guests that no call/no show multiple times will be banned from future bookings at stylists discretion.

- If you are running late, please text or call the salon to let the stylists know. There is a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled (and be subject to a $50 last minute rescheduling fee) or your appointment may be altered to fit the remaining time allotted.
